there has to be a lot of tuner shops around elk grove... i see tuned cars all over the place when i go to visit my cousin in sac-town

There's a couple, but they're mainly focused on restoring classics and tricking out trucks... most of the shops doing import mods are in Sacto... I'm sure I'll be able to find at least one.
