What place (other than a dealership) can do good valve adjustments/centering?

What place (other than a dealership) can do good valve adjustments/centering?
I think this is why my engine is so loud (compared to other Civics with CAIs). 
I haven't had one in a while but I think one is deserved now that I've well passed the 50k mark on my engine.
Anyway, the question is, anyone know of a good place that can do a valve adjustment/centering on a D17? Honda charges $130 - Acura, $160.
