so im going straight, shes trying to turn left into the gas station but doesnt see me continues to drive straight and tuns left while im still going straight in my own lane...i honk, she stops while shes 1/2 way in my lane and BAM! hahahaha
poor pimp van =/
she tried to blame it on me too i was like wtf hoe!
1) people going straight have right of way
2) she didnt even signal just started going into my lane
3) she stopped in MY lane when i honked at her
4) shes a trailer trash HOE!
ahhahaha that about sums up my afternoon! yahhhhhh 25-30 mph headon crash woot!

uhh....yeah, you got this one in the bag bro. when your making a turn its up to you to look out for oncoming traffice which she failed to do. how can she think she can blame you? lol

it doesnt really matter what the cop thinks..the insurance company has to deicde whos at fault but i dotn see how they can blame me for it! =]

Rep Power: 0 nice lady my *** after we hit she got outa her truck sat on her hood and smoked a cig didnt even ask me if i was ok or anything..i had to walk across the street and ask that hoe and then she gave me attitude when i asked her for insruance papers.

for example, I have a-lot of sholder pain, but its my neck thats all fvcked up...
since it you spearheaded her with the front of your car, i suggest complaining of headaches, and sholder pain, have them do x-rays, and perscribe you something for pain, make a return visit about 2 to 3 weeks later with the same complaints, but say the pain now varies in severity, sometimes it's sharp and hurts badly, and sometimes its just a dull hard pain .....
