get a lawyer and start learnig how to work on your ride, the knowlege you will gain will help you identify the problem so you can tell honda what is wrong with your car.... and not expect them to tell you what is wrong with yor car.
no offense people, but if you want to get more performance out of your ride one should gain as mi=uch knowlege and experience by working on your car. even if it is new.
if you look at it in another way and lets say you want to put 1000, 5000,$ into your ride. do you want someone else messing with your motor....even if they are a certified mechanic. most of thos quacks can't fix custom mods...they don't even know how most of them work thats why they give you some bs about having no coolent in your ride.
I'm not triing to be rude just letting people know that it is a lot more fun when you work on your car vs someone else... and if you don't know somthing jusk ask someone, most people that race like to help others in the sport.

so hang on a sec.....an accident voids the warranty?! i got rear-ended about 6 mos after getting my car (almost two years ago now) while i waited at a light for an ambulance to go through, and a girl tapped me from behind at about 5 mph. total damage to my car was about 871$ if i remember correctly, and it was professionally fixed, and paid for by her insurance. i got the extended warranty, and the car is less than two years old, so does that mean the warranty is no good anymore? also, i understand that i/h/e, doesn't (shouldn't) void the warranty, but what about turbo? i understand that 6psi SHOULD be safe, but...... thanks!
i'm running a turbo with 8psi now was 6psi. i can't say for sure, but am pretty positive that a turbo on your motor will be hard to convince a dealership to do any fixing to a damaged motor. depending on the issue. if a motor is damaged, it's probably from the turbo, probably from having a bad air/fuel ratio, or too much boost. granted 6psi isn't that much but you altered the performance adding more heat to your motor and stress. honda probaly will not fix the actual motor.
but i will say this from experience. honda cars of bellevue in bellevue nebraska rebuilt my tranny with everything still on my car. i was in the process of ripping it out when i talked to a tech their on some advice for stronger internals, like if the internals of a accord tranny would work for my civic. he told me as long as my tranny was stock the warrenty would cover it. so x nay on plan A and i put everything back togeather and drove to honda and they fixed the bad tranny, due to prior nitrous fun for 2 years until i got the turbo. hahaha is all i could say.
