Do any of you take any supplements when you work out? if so what kind? how long have you been taking them? how hard and long do you work out for? and your eatting habbits when on the _____ supplement

I do! I take whey protien, amino acid, and multivitamins, sometymes 6-8 boiled egg whites (I know it's not supplement, heheh). I've been taking them quite a long tyme now. I werk out almost every day, like every other days nowadays. As fer my eating habbits, I styll continue to eat lots of carbs and protein just to get a balance diet, and of course fruits and veggies. And I try to to stay away from food that has a lot of sugar. But damn, I'm a chocolate lover. Hahah, at least I have a high metabolism. LoL. That's about it. Why? You gonna werk out anytyme soon?
All natural... Why mess with natural selection. If your gonna work out, do it right. I used to only weigh 130 and after working out for about 1 year I went from 130 to 155-160 pure muscle.
All up to you though. As for eating habits, I eat as much as I can (high metabolism) and work out hard. If you've been working out for a while and seem that your muscles aren't getting any bigger, than SHOCK the hell out of them!!

i take ON 100% whey protein, multi-vitamins and glutamine (amino acid). nothing too strong. just the essentials. i try to work out 4 times a week, an hour per workout (excluding warm ups). i eat more calories than my RDA, only cuz im trying to gain weight.

yep whey protein (twinlab), i only workout 3-5times a week depending on how lazy i am. i pretty much eat anything since i'm pretty skinny in the first place. tuna is your best friend, high in protein with little to no fat.
