update:
just finished putting in my new speakers in the front, my new cf hood arrived today and installed, put in my rs grill, did all of that today...i was a lill busy bee...tomarrow i will install my new speakers in the back...and then, and then...NO AND THEN!! oh ya and i also put in my tyc halo's today aslo...

I actually took the test.. well, at first you have to go onlinetraffictsafety.com to take the online test.. it consists of 12 units! u actually have to read (with some quizzes and tests every after the end of a unit).. when ur done.. u have to schedule a test date.. then you gonna take the written test.. well it's easy they all just the same questions as online so yea... pretty easy if you actually read the units LOL... 1 unit takes about atleast 20 mins...
