this was on 580 going towards stockton.. i saw a red EM2. looked like a 2003 cuz it had the 99-00 Si's on. the only visible mod i saw was an exhaust, it wasnt lowered. i couldnt really get a good look at the driver cuz it was at night (i think he was asian) and i drove by fast, but he tailed me for the longest time. anyone know who this is?
