I found a deal for brand new set of 4 04 ex wheels&new tires for $450, and it also comes with the lugnuts and wheel locks as well. I'm just wondering if it's a good deal or not...Consider they are brand new and never used. Please throw in some ideas for me if I should take the deal or not. I'm actually having 18" C2's on my civic but I'm just feeling terrible about the gas mileage! (Around 260) Anyway, your opinions would be appreciated! Thanks.

450 for brand new wheels and tires are a steal.

used rims usually go around for 500
