Zell(EX) VS Will(LX) VS ANDREW(DX)
just got home and i'm hella tired so i'll just go ahead and post a quick recap and tommorw we can talk about the rest.
1st race - from a stop
i owned zell all the way till 4th gear. after that he got on me!! DAMN VTEC! lol
i think andrew had missed a gear becuz he fell behind quick
2nd race - on the freeway
i honked 3 times but i think we took off right. andrew wasnt able to hear the honking and heard it only once and thought it was the car behind him cuz we were going so slow! lol
but we took off and i'll admit, i took off first since i honked. so that didnt really count
3rd race - freeway again
zell honked and we took off, i dont think andrew heard it again so he fell behind. i was keepin up w/ zell even till 4th gear. until we started hittin hella pot holes so i stopped around 110mph or so.
hopefully we will get to do it again. the only "race" i really considered was from a stop, but andrew missed a gear i think so we might have to race again.
and damn, like i said, i had zell the whole time until he hit 4th gear.. now i wish i had vtec lol

Yeah Will I thought you were gonna win the first race but dayum... ****ing top end on an EX ownz.
I was behind you for like 1/2 a car until 4th gear put you back where I was. That's crazy.
Too bad you can't use 4th gear in the 1/4 mile... like I said, if it was then you would've won.
We've also gotta launch our FWD cars facing down at least. Our launches were terrible on the first one. **** wheelspin.
The other two were quite confusing but the second one really didn't count. The 3rd one however started odd because I was at full throttle when I launched but got off of it because I didn't see or hear you two move so I was at like 1/2 throttle. Then I heard you guys and I got back on it. You were pulling on me in 3rd cuz of that but in 4th I held my own.
EXs do have the top end evidently (most likely due to the gear ratios, the ECU and maybe even this is where the additional HP/torque of the EX shows itself.). We found that out. Your lightweight wheels gave you the advantage on the first race (although i don't know how light they are). But regardless on the first race you also got the jump... then me, and then Andrew.

Oh yeah, now that I won that means everybody has to do what I did to my car to be a winner. Follow these easy 15 steps:
1. Clear headlights
2. Hit a deer (adds deerpower instead of horsepower... deerpower=torque)
3. Get new tires
4. Get an exhaust
5. Get an intake (AEM CAI)
6. Crash into a pole head on
7. Wreck your right fender by backing into a pole
8. But a new fender & and get it painted
9. Sell your exhaust
10. Use the money to buy GC coilovers from P (get them from P, for good luck.)
11. Buy mad stiff/adjustable suspension ****.
12. Drive till your tires get bald
13. Buy Si rims (THEY GOTTA BE SI RIMS, NOT 03 EX, THOSE MAKE YOU LOSE HP, SI ONES ARE FASTER!)
14. Wrap them in Potenza S-03s
15. Slam your car till the struts literally grind going over speedbumps

Rep Power: 0 zell, i still think i would have had u if i had a better start. my tires spun like crazy when we launched. oh well, we will try again soon. funny how we started a thread about one of the slowest hondas running each other all stock lol wow, we have a real race of the century here! lol

But damn, 4th gear was another story. That was hella unexpected. I dunno how much I was ahead of you exactly at the end. You had me by 1/2 a car and I guess I had you by 1/2 in 4th?
