"fer" an EX the fuel cut off is not 127mph. Ive had my car above 135mph on the speedo, and i have a 4% difference because i have 17" rims. So that means that i was going atleast 139mph.

Keep in mind if you've got rims and your tire size isn't within spec of the stock size, your speedo says you're most likely going faster than you really are. That's why some people end up going faster than the other when technically they're really going the same speed when the fuel cuts off on DX and LX Civics.
My car hit 127 with a slightly lower profile tire. My car was bone stock. On stock tires which are a bit fatter I believe it showed 123MPH for an EX which totally makes sense.

Rep Power: 0 i reached or was close to about 110 today, i have a dx, it seemed like the car really wouldn't accelerate anymore, picked up speed slower, like it was having trouble. but i know i could of gone a little bit faster, just got scared.

Come on! You don't remember me telling you that the EX ECU has no fuel cut off. It just runs out of power and doesn't accelerate anymore. Do I have to show you myself?

And this was what? When the 7th gen first came out? 
It's stuck in my head!!! Plus 27 (the date) brings me back bad memories that's another thing why it's stuck in my head. Don't ask why...

I say that cause on two occasion I'm driving with no cars in back of me or in front and all of a sudden I have a CHP right on my tail. I'm just like where did he come from?

**** i will hit 115 no problem in my DX and cruz at a 100 for the hell of it but i got a new ECU chip and it cuts out at like 118, with the stock chip i was hitting 120, but with the chip i get up faster...
