Passing smog?

Passing smog?
I have TCS exhuast and if they do a smog would it pass? Or do I need a certificate for that exhaust like I herd other people say? And where would I get that certificate?

ULEV Civic Motor + exhaust = still ULEV
The might only give you a little bit of a hard time if you don't have that CARB sticker. They are b*tches about it sometimes... nothing money can't fix!
