GC's with Eibach springs? WTF? Ain't coilovers and springs 2 different things? How you gonna use them together, maybe I just read this wrong...
Coilovers without aftermarket struts suck I heard, but they give a good drop but then you'll blow your strut. And Eibach srpings are a decenty drop and nice ride. I prefer Goldlines.

ok, GC coilovers is the whole coilover package, comes with springs, used with your STOCK struts. My opinion, save up for TEINs...I never really thought of it, but this will be the 3rd time I blow up my struts. First it was the front right, then the left, this time i dunno which strut blew. Maybe its my car...dunno. I have a 1.5 - 2 in drop, not that much. THe drop is awesome, looks cool with the gold coils and red springs. Convenient adjustment system with allen wrench instead of those weird hook things. If you're still under warantee, get the GC's and abuse your warantee ^_^ that's what i've been doing. Or you can get GC's with Koni's, seems like a popular choice I've seen. I can't really say i'm overjoyed with my GC's but they're not bad. I'm savin up for TEINs tho...hehe

i have gc's... (gc's come with eibach springs for those of you confused) and will be getting koni's soon... gc's are a good set of coilovers but if you get them, make sure you don't drive it around slammed, you will blow your struts sooner than you would like ( i know from experience)... so if you decide to go with the stock shocks/gc setup, then don't lower more than 1.5 inches... if you want lower, just go with some springs like newuspeed race...
so unless your planning on getting koni's or waiting on some other shocks to come out, i say hold off on the coilovers and save up for a full coilover setup, or buy yourself a nice set of springs...

eh to be more specific, gc's come with special designed eibach springs. their not your normal prokit/sportline springs...
n ya i personally wouldnt ever get sleeved coilovers. reason being, on stock shocks they suck and i would stick with lowering springs. and if i were to get koni's with them i rather spend the extra few bucks and get a true coilover.

anyone know if the ride with neuspeed race springs is good? ech
goldlines got expensive on tornactive, so i'll probably just go with neuspeed since i want a bigger drop than 1.75 (i don't think i'll ever get a kit, that's why)

First Im getting the Ground Control & Camber kit
(you have to get the camber kit or your wheels will butterfly out)
Second: Since Koni's are so damm expinsive ($150 piece)
I will get struts and shocks to replace the factory!
Ive been researching Lowering kits and Coilovers....
I want to adjust the ride hieght, and I dont want sagging, thats the last thing I need is driving around looking like an old lady...
About the tein's... I looked into that already, but the dont make a dedicated coilover yet,, the closest one that will fit in for the hatchback,
and thats with a few mods...

"I will get struts and shocks to replace the factory!" konis are the only ones out right now
teins.. actually the SS is out for our cars. basic is going to be out soon. flex is the one for hatchbacks but i have heard they made a kit for our cars now. well they just include new tie rods and new rear lower bracket

I went with B&G true coilovers instead of with teins cause B&G are more stiff then teins
