They are next to your mirror. They provide pure treble and vocal sound... the stock ones suck though because they aren't effective.

I bought some aftermarket ones and placed them at the top of my pillars.

yea, i'm gonna need to upgrade all my speakers and tweeters... plus imma get additional 2 tweeters for the back... but damn insurance! always keep me away from getting things for my car

you bought some? what kind? how much? how did you attach them? tape? did it make a big difference like subs do?
how do you wire them? parallel with the stock 6.5s?

I actually have 6 tweeters in my car. I upgraded all my speakers to Pioneer and they come with 1 tweeter each. Then I added some cheapo tweeters to the pillars which are held by 1 screw.

Very small difference...I'm going to take them out and tape them to the windshield (at the top corners). It sounds better this way...

As far as the wiring, I had it done by a local shop and i just saw the guy wire them from the headunit harness.

blah maybe i should buy an amp just for the tweeters. too cheap to upgrade the speakers

I have some bomb tweeters. aftermarkets which are brand new. My cousing gave it to me as a gift but i dont want it cuz ima change my mids and the ones i want comes with tweeters.
Tell me how much your willing to cough up and give me an email address or something and maybe i can send you a pic.
