They take it to a place who recycles wood and gives it to them for free.So whats so bad about having a lot of would that is free and cant get into trouble for using I already have done this and had a cop stop be and he said as long as there not using it go for it.

You are the one who thinks it is okay to go to where they are building a new house and take wood. Did you specify that they are not using it? Plus how do you know if they are using it or not if they aren't there? I stated that it's immature; if you did not mean that, then I think you have to elaborate.
