i think you should just make it at 10 and leave at 11 am SHARP. that way people can come early, chill meet whatever and there's no bitching that you guys left someone behind. it allows people who want to show up later happy..

Rep Power: 0 Okay.... I'm just going to make the decision. We are going to start the mini-meet at 10:00 at the Irvine Spectrum. We are going to leave for the BBQ at 11:00 SHARP!!!!! (As VnlilMAN put it) If you wanna show up early to hang out.....koo. If you wanna show up late so you can sleep in......fine with me, just make sure that you show up before we leave.

Rep Power: 0 Its always been on a saturday. Ok so far i got the 5 people that are on swiftlers list on rsvp. If you plan to bring people with you please add plus to ur names so i know how much food i should buy thanks. If you just show up and arnt on the list then oyu have to wait till last to get food. There will be a list of names so once you go up to get food someone will be asking for your name and the list will be with him. The only reason is so that this way everyone will be able to eat then once every name is checked off then anyone can eat that just shows up. This way everyone that RSVP will get to eat. Cant wait till this saturday.
