Venting..
I just found out i'm going to make $3,000 less a year... reason being.. i was getting paid hourly and now they're switching me to salary and thats what it comes out too.. they didnt even discuss this with me, my boss sent me an e-mail telling me this.. i just thought that was shady, they expect us to tell them 2 week in advance if we're going to quit but yet they pull **** like this... they didnt even have the ***** to tell me in person..
so now i'm stuck with a decision
1) take up that job offer i was given up stairs(if its still available that is, probably work harder and might not be able to go online like i do here...)
2) look for a different job(which isnt easy)
3) just quit(finally get a break that i've been wanting/needing)
4) just live with it.. (this job isnt that badd is it? hmm.. nm i think it is)
i'm 18 been with this company for 3 years now.. only had what less then 7 days off the whole 3 ****in years i've been here(besides holidays/weekend)... damn i need a vacation. basically never had the chance to be a kid, work ****in sucks.. thats why ya'll should study hard and stay in school or else you end up like me. stuck in a peice of **** dead end job where they take advantage of you cause your young..
sorry just a lil pissed, i think i should sleep on it before i say anything.. i just know this **** sucks right now..

Rep Power: 329 whatever you do dont quit without landing a job somewhere else..i was in a similar position and i chose to leave the company..at that moment i thought it was going to be a cinch to get another job but let me tell yah..the job market sucks ballz right now...

Rep Power: 417 eh, i already got my GED, well my CHSPE certificate... legally equivalent to a high school diploma. i was going to a community college for a semester but it sucked and NO WAY i'm ever going back.. schools not for me.
only reason i want to just quit is so that i have time to relax and live the teenage life i never got to live.. cause if i find another job to quit this, i wont be able to get much days off..
but ya i dunno i'll see who knows maybe i could have a lil talk with my boss and he'll give me back the money i deserve. or maybe that other company still has the position available and i'll be better off there.. things happen for a reason..
i'll probably call in sick tomorrow cause i'm sick of work.
