Any of you guys deal with Group 5 Motorsports?
Before I throw about $1100 at these guys for my rims, I just want to know if any of you have dealt with them and if they're a good store. I figured some of you local guys (they're in San Diego) maybe have been in there and would know more about them. Let me know what your experiences have been.... from their website and the stuff they sell, it looks like a reputable place, but I just want to be sure. Thanks!
i didn't order anything as big as rims from them, but that's where i got my neuspeed strut bar from. the reason i used them is because i heard good things, and they turned out to be pretty good and fast. i ordered the strut bar online and went for a pickup. it's a pretty tiny store from what i saw, but it's clean and all. the ONLY thing i'm mad about--and it's not their fault at all--is that i found out i could've gotten it from tornactive for cheaper....and that's having it SHIPPED TO MY DOOR
<---- that was MY fault.
btw, could you maybe list the shops around here (SD) that you've had good experiences with? so far i've only HEARD that Pann Auto is alright--the only complaints people have are about customer service. so which ones do you go to?
anyway, about group 5

I live in Indiana. I don't know anything about any of the shops down there. They have some of the lowest prices on OZ wheels and I know nothing about the store. I'm trying to get some info.
group5motorsports is where i bought and got my neuspeed race springs installed. they are honest and very helpful. although their prices are pretty high on parts and labor, they definitely do their stuff with quality and reliability. you get what you pay for and i learned that the hard way by saving some money and going to shops that screws you. believe me when i say group5motorsports is definitely one of the best shops in san diego.

As mentioned by others, they are somewhat expensive but they do great work and definitely are reliable. When I got my intake I had them install it (engine bay is too cramped; didn't want to deal with it...) and they even charged me less than what they quoted me.
