I live in long beach and am a student going to cal state LBC. My roommate left the country and I'm urgently looking for a new room mate to replace him . It is a 2bed/2bath apartment located between PCH and temple ave in longbeach. The rent is $600/mth +1/2 utilities (water incl) and to be honest, its real cheap for this place. Its very big, very clean apartment with:

Huge kitchen with everything: new range, new microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven
Full A/C, heater
Nice fireplace in the living room (gas)
roomy private room/bath
parking space within the complex (car shelter with additional $30bucks or so)
Laundry facility 5ft away out the door
Right next to PCH for convienience.
