hey wassup...pretty much none of the underbody neons are legal..because they cause distractions to other vehichles that are near u...also i've been told that u can get a ticket if u have neons inside the car but that depends on the officer...and whether or not he feels that it will distract others...also just for ur information red and blue lights are illegal

Everything is illegal these days... under body neons are legal to have on when you're not driving your car... that's pretty much it. Chacho and I have never gotten pulled over for his interior neons, I dunno... depends on the pig.
