Anybody tried ARD performance in San Diego
I was just wondering if anyone has been to this shop or not? What is it like for those that have been? Thanks
i've never been there, but i was considering it. i checked them out at the better business bureau site, and it said their record is "unsatisfactory." i can't remember what for, but if you go there to pick something up, at least that rules out any shipping problems. what are you thinking of getting from them?

Since they have a pretty good website and I haven't really heard of the other places in San Diego, I was hoping ot start getting things for car their like I/h/E and whatever else, I also would need a place to install it since I don't have any space to do myself, but I wasn't sure how well they were though that is why I asked, but thanks for the heads up I as well checked the better business bureau website and some people had problems with them and some of them weren't resolved, they just had a ncie website and stuff. But I guess they aren;t as nice as they seem.

Where are they located I can't find them on the better business bureau site, what do they offer in terms of parts and services? Thanks
ARD sucks i think they closed down their shop in chula vista they are internet only now. if i were u i would go to Pann Auto thats where my bf & I go. Group 5 is pretty good too. just fyi they are an apex dealer so they stock silencers which is really cool cuz they are the only shop in san diego that does. dont use hyper sport racing (hsr) we had some headers installed there and the piping came undone within a month. just my $.02
my brother went there and first time they sold him the wrong shocks and then took a couple weeks to get the right ones. Then they took weeks when he ordered his exhaust too. I was never impressed with their prices or service.

ARD's price's are hiked up, and they'll tell you anything to make that sale. I'd recommend stickin to purchasin parts on the internet. BTW, ARD is still open off of main st.

Alright thanks guys Now I just need the time to hit up some of those shops.
imo i don't like Pann too much, thier cust. service sucks... I like Epic over Pann, Epic is on University just head south from the i8 on college ave. and make a left onto university, they're on the left hand side of the road, like less than a block from college, you can't miss it.
I have always had excellent customer service there. Like last month my bf bought some shocks and had them installed there. We were going to pay by credit card but the machine was down so we went go as much cash as we could but we stilled owed like $60.00 and they just told us to come back with it later that week which was really cool. Oh there is one guy named Dave who has that “I’m an a@$hole face but that just how he is. Everyone else is really nice. Just my .02¢
