Next meet?? Plus Pics of Jan. 4th Meet
Im going to setup the next meet for March 1, 2002 at Long Beach Town Center or Lakewood Mall.
3:00 pm. All imports are welcome.
I all your inputs for the location. Plz give advices near Cerritos/Norwalk.
Since tomorrow's meet is at Laguna Niguel (Irvine), lets have this one closer to LA County just to be fair.
It looks like the turnout for tom. looks good but well see how many peeps show up.
Ill post up pics asap after the meet. Prolly on Sunday or Sat. Late night.

Well, Cerritos/Norwalk is still too close to OC... People like VNlilman (the mod!) still have to drive a lot to get here...

1. Setup a FIRM time (ex: Meet starts at 1:00pm sharp!)
2. Put a leaving time (ex: Leaving for cruise at 2:30pm sharp!)
3. Post a map or directions of the cruise and any rules, if any.
4. Cell phone # exchange at meet...
5. Please scream at the top of your lungs in the meet to gather everyone for the cruise.

Joo, we can also have the meet in El Dorado park. It's RIGHT behind Long Beach Town Center... HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE PARK. Plenty of parking sports... If you setup the meet at 11am, we can have a nice BBQ!~
After that, we can go cruise down to Huntington beach (about 20 minutes) and if people still want to cruise more, we can go up and down Pacific Coast highway.
An idea of El Dorado Park's location
Close to the 405, 105, 91, 5, and 605 freeways.
edit: only downside is $5 admission fee per car, but if you talk to the park rangers they might cut you a "deal" heh

Rep Power: 0 Like AK said, El Dorado Park is a great place to meet. However you don't need to pay for parking. That is only one part of the park. There is another part of the park off Willow and Studebaker where there is free parking, playground, basketball court, baseball field, and open field for football, soccer, etc. The parking lot is huge and will fit about 80-90 cars if needed. Might be better than trying to fit all the cars in the town center, which is always busy on weekends. As a suggestion, somone will need to speak with Parks and Rec about reserving the space. I work for the City of Long Beach and will be happy to help out if needed, and if it is agreed to meet in Long Beach for the next meet. The only prob I see meeting in Pasedena police are very strick and will ticket for any reason. At the same time is does get extreamly busy around certin areas in Pasedena. As for the meet at the beach, I am really not a big fan of cleaning my car for the meet, then having to clean it again when I get home because of sand and salt water 
. The lakewood mall is also a good place to meet, plenty of parking for us all. Basicly just need to meet with mall security and local buisness stores, if invading their parking stalls. Just letting you all know what I was thinking.
