UUUGGGHHHHH!!!

I am totally bummed out right now by my damn stereo system!! I thought that I had finally finished it after I had put in my four Shivas in my trunk, but when i did I was getting the most annoying rattle!! I put more insulation in my trunk (fatmat) and I put expanding foam in various parts of my trunk...I tried everything to try to get the rattle to stop and it didn't The bad thing too was that some of the expanding foam came out from my rear dash onto the back windshield, and when I tried to get it out where the window gets real narrow in the back, with needle nose pliers, I scratched the hell out of my back dash

Anywayz, I finally figured out that one of my subs was not glued properly in the middle, where the dust convex dustcap connects to the speaker cone. Air was being let into my box and sub through this hole, and it was probably causing tinsel lead slap or some other noise to be caused! I tried to silicon the center part of the sub, but I made a freakin mess and it didn't hold! I then used crazy glue and that has held pretty well, but my subs is all jacked up from the silicon...anywayz, my system sounds amazing now, and LOUD as hell!!! ...but the one speaker looks horrible. I contacted the place that i bought them from, and they talked to Adire, and they are either going to replace the sub or fix if I mail it in

It is gonna suck that at the meet i will have three subs in my trunk and then just an empty hole for the forth uuuuuuuhhhhhh

Also, I had soldered the speaker wire onto the subs...what is the best way for me to remove the wire and solder from the terminals?

Damn I know how that feels to think your all finished and then something goes wrong or you forget to do something!!!! The only efective way to remove solder is with the solder gun heat it and with a wet towel scrape it off!

Hey, I know how you feel,
My homie had 2 L7 12'' Solobarics (KICKER) and his **** hit hard as f**k with all the other **** but one day, his trunk started to rattle. He tried everything to stop the rattle but it just dimmed it, He ended up selling his subs for some weaker ones .
I guess it happens to the best of us.
