Hey wassup VNlilman...the scene has pretty much gone down the hole...there is no scene...lol...in a sense i wish that the gov would shut raves down...so that it will go back to underground...and then well see how many people are still willin to hit up raves

lets just say i have definintly seen a difference in the scene...go from good to bad...for me this year will be my 5th year raving...if u even consider this year...seein how i have only attended like 6 parties...lol...on thing that i have noticed are the shady promoters within the scene...u have one party crew callin the cops on another party..and this and that

i know this ain't no rave forum and somebody brought it up, I just want to say that the rave scene did change over the years. and it's whacked how raves turned mainstream.

just cause you goto a rave doesnt mean you have to drop. theres plenty of other things to do like smoke, sniff and inject ... naw i'm just messin but ya you dont always have to do something.. one of my friends went to like 3-5 raves and hasnt done anything yet...well or so she says.. thats the thing about the new scene, made people think going to a rave only means poppin pills.

"Amen"...well said vnlilman...i gotta agree wit you...scene has been goin soo bad...that now when u heard the word rave...u think of drugs...and not a party where many people of all kinds of race and sex come to enjoy the thing they love most and have in common...the love for music...the stereotype of ravers and druggies are also as a result of the media and their single point of view...isntead of raves as a whole...lol...i went to a rave like a couple months ago...and i guess fox undercover was there...and they asked me if i was doin any drugs...and i said no..next thing u know...they take off to find some fool that was on drugs..and guess wut...he happened to end up on t.v...lol...

you dont have to goto a rave in order to drop. you could drop at a friends house and excape that way. its not even a good excape cause you forget about it for 4-6 hours, after its over you still have the problems waiting for you at home. i used to use drugs as a get-a-way but it only made sh.t worse. straight 'a' student to high school drop out. i guess you only drop at raves so you dont really abuse it which is good. but ya theres other ways to get away.

n foreals is just stoopid... you can do your HW and have a job and still goto a rave. a rave isnt a 24/7 thing. you could go out friday night, come back sat morning and still have time to do everything. even then, you goto school from k-12, then goto college for 4+ years, then grad school. afterwards you work till your 50. some great life you have... if that is true i feel sorry for you. sometimes people forget to sit back and enjoy life. as i've said (its long...)"if you keep thinking about the future n never the present, there will never be the time when your totally satisfied with your life. so think about the present life as much as the future cause you never know, all the suffering of studying and working might one day be worthless n you'll be left with a meaningless life."

imma have to disagree wit you on that qoute...cuz for your information...my hommie who goes raving wit me...back in the day...now goes to stanford...so u cant say that only people that dont study and don't do homework goes to raves...but anywayz...i can tell ya this much...if i could go back in time when raves werent all bout the drugs ...i would still go to raves..mainly because i learned many things when i went to raves like how to be open minded and try not to be judgemental...however these days...sadly its all bout the drugs...well anywayz BoyRacer....as or right now i dont think imma go to monster massive because accordin to the news its suppose to rain and be cold....so yeah...instead of monster massive i will be at club orion on 8th and spring
