Has anyone seen this Civic?
My vehicle just recently was stolen, and this Civic was involved. I know its somewhat unique being a blue Civic with orange wheels so I was wondering if anyone on here has seen this one around Los Angeles or has any info at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
