TICKET RATES HAVE GONE UP: read a LEO (law enforcement officier) friend of mine told me about this the other day...and today he forward me the email. for is for all CALIFORNIANs.

yea. everything pretty much doubled.
the disabled parking ticket was only 480$ last year (i got one, yes i know...shame shame shame). now its almost 1000

It's because too many people abuse it, so they are HEAVILY fining it.
