i would replace them but i tested them before i put my springs on and they read back strong and ive had them on for 8k miles i dont think they have gone bad escp with tien springs

the front sway on the progressive is too big. just buy a big rear sway bar first. like a 19 or 21.

imo you can either get the progress kit, or look around and get a setup like i did for near half the price. just without the subframe brace... i want that. lol but i do have the dc shiny tie ;D. if your'e baller, look for 1 piece strut bars, but they all do the same pretty much.
