break the engine in? is your motor a brand new motor? judging by the pics it was a motor out of a salvaged vehicle. You don't need to break in a motor that has already had a good amount of miles on it, unless it was brand spanking new or freshly rebuilt.

unless you meant breaking it in as in racing ppl with it.

trust me, once you get the motor in, the stock form is not all that great. don't get too hyped up.
