dont expect a detector to save you from a ticket lol. in fact when you get pulled over youre pretty much guaranteed a ticket as soon as the cop sees it hanging there.

yeah the detector only works if there using there radar. but its saved me more then a couple of times alerady. if it saves you from two tickets, its already paid for itself.
From my experience, cops dont really care if you have one or not since there not illegal in the state of CA.

because you've never gone above the speed limit right? ahahah jk
yeah, i got busted for a radar speeding ticket. the thing was, i was flying down the freeway and the CHP was on the right side in a dark turnout.
if i would have had the radar, i should have known to slow down (yes, i was doing 80 when everyone was doing 55)
i was looking at the V1 or the X50. i read/saw reviews and showdowns of these two radar going head to head, and they both performed the same.
and i know about the 9500i, but it just seems soo....over priced (but then again, if i spent the money from both of these speeding tickets i could have gotten almsot 2 of them.
if i would have had the radar, i should have known to slow down (yes, i was doing 80 when everyone was doing 55)

I think the v1 is overpriced for what it is. I think the x50 is the best bang for the buck at $250.

i drive at 2% throttle just to get 22mpg in my mercedes now. Now that gas is $2 its at 5% throttle..lol. When i want to do donuts..100% throttle..

lol why do you car about gas mileage when you have a civic. I redline the car all the time when i first got and it and still got 28mpg.

well the price of crude fell today but yeah overall it'll go back up. Right now crude is undervalued because of the speculations of more job losses and negative earnings. The price for crude is around $38 right now..the market price should actually be closer to $50 for the yr.
actually for the sake of my chevron stock, i hope it goes up..lol jk.
