they're called a Shoshinsha wakaba badge.......in japan, new drivers put these on their windshield to indicate they are a new driver........older drivers use other badges.....

Ok Sorry About The Spelling I Was A Little Slow In School Lol Well For The Badges They Are A Magnet And Suction Cup There 2 In A Bag Ok So Let Me Know Oh And (im Selling) Lol
