i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find to buy parts online, mainly what i need is a new 2004 civic bumper for a cheap price.

savedadogs is an unknown quantity at this point
You can try ebay or even post up on this forum. Becareful, there are the OEM and the OEM-style bumpers. OEM means it is made by Honda, OEM-style means made by some other company to look like Honda.
