Progress Springs

Was wondering if anyone has the Progress Springs on thier car, how they ride? and how does the 1.8" and 2.0" look on the 02 EX coupe. Also does anyone know of a place to pop them in along with some other work for a decent price ... thanks.

The ride is decent until you blow your stock shocks, and you will, and afterwords its freaking annoying like none other. They'll last about a month or so with the Progress springs. They ride fine with blues.

As far as installing them, DIY will save you at least $50-75 and you'll be able to make sure everything else is working as it should.

well blues keep it at stock height with oem springs...but with progress it will give you what the springs will give you ...which is like a 1.5 to maybe a 1.8...the blues just do the job....but most people want something better after a while...
