mike i was gona send you a PM but it said your box was full so here are a few questions

are the dampening settings all the same on the shocks currently?? and if they are, around what are they set on? harder? softer? and when you adjust it with the key, does it click? or do you feel clicks when turning it? thanks!

just turn them all to the right to full hard and re-adjust from there...it doesnt click its smooth rotation so u gotta feel them out...so you can actually adjust by micro increments

yo mike i kinda have a problem with the shocks. could you PM me or call me back asap? or email me? email: paulskim586@gmail.com, cuz i need to get the shocks warrantied, i'm not saying you sold the shocks knowing there was damage on them or anything, but since i bought them i left them alone in the garage and the LEFT FRONT shock piston is bent and when i push the piston in it's not smooth, and on of the rears is SLIGHTLY bent.

friend said he can't get them warrantied cuz his distributor requires that he shows them the receipt he got from them when he buys stuff in order to warranty it, so i'm wondering if you can send them in and have them warranty it. thanks
