Im lookin into getting a turbo, but i know nothing, or where to go to get information. Does anyone know where i can find out about em?

Also, are they hard to maintain, and i know they aren't illegal.... but is there extra work required for like smog and stuff?

turbo=more power
turbo with blow off valve=very nice sound
turbo-me want but cant afford haha
