to little to late.
the sidekick will allways be the phone that was left behind. **** it took them 3 tries to finally get bluetooth and faster speed on that ****. but not fast enough as all new phones that are comming out now are going to kick the **** out of it, like they have in the past. this is why its the lil phone that was left behind.

Rep Power: 0 Well, the Sidekick is really made primarily for texting and email, all the new features they just added to the 3 is most likely just to build up more hype IMO. I already used the sk3 and its not all that much better than the 2 besides the look. The scroll ball is the best part about the 3, I think.

and so is every other pda/phone out there that will take the sk3 out. like i said to little to late. not much left for the sk series i wouldnt be suprise if this is the last one they make.

Rep Power: 0 Thank a lot Mike for the sidekick3. I really like it. I think one bad experience, does not mean it should effect that product. I enjoy mine and were willing to pay as much as 299.00 for it.
who cares if its not up wit the PDA's, its alot more fun lookin type. PDA are too corparate lookin for mee.... im 20 soo i have a long way to become a PDA guy..... soo yea SIDKICK baby, i got mine in today see if it lives up to the hype
If you really wanted to get a good phone with those capabilities, then I would suggest the MDA or the SDA. Both of them are good smart phones that will suit a college student / organizer. If you really wanted something high end for a more business oriented kinda thing i would suggest the new blackberry (tmo or cing). EDGE high speed and querty keyboards. Not bad if you ask me, just the OS needs some getting use to, plus no touchscreen. If you really wanted something sweet then the TREO 650 should be a great phone. IF NOT then i'd wait till the TREO 700P for cingular comes out. The sidekick 3 is in it's earliest stage right now (only kids that want the hottest phones / celebs / phone noobs really are after these phones). Just gotta say IMO, i've had the ORIGINAL sidekick and sidekick color, then when the 2 hit out everyone seem to jump on the bandwagon, christ sake someone thought my sidekick 1 was the sidekick 3. lol .....but yeah, if you wanted to drop something on the 250+ side, get the treo or a blackberry, mda, or sda. If not, the new razr / roker e3 should suite u right.

SAweet....great phone, i've played around with it but i don't own one. PAD's/organizers are soo handy. You should try the LIFEDRIVE if you're interested in organization and a media player. As for the best phone i've owned, i'd have to say it's my o2 Exec. Ultimate communication device.....
some dude just sold the sidekick 3 for like 260 shipped, no contract.. I got a Palm Lifedrive now tho and im looking at getting a T-mobile mda for like 260. Heres my Palm Lifedrive with Benchwarmers playing on it. I have like 15 movies on it and still plenty of space....
