Nah, the course right by my place is a little more expensive for a round of 18 than I'd like to pay, $50 for an afternoon on the weekend. I've played Creste Verde (Corona, $21 twilight for 18), El Prado (Corona, $37 midday for 18), El Toro (Irvine, $22 twilight for 18), and River View (Santa Ana, $18 twilight for 18).

Creste Verde is an awesome course!! It's not too expensive and the course isn't super hard to play either. I don't have any clubs at the moment but i'm trying to find a set that i can play with in the near future. I think that if I were to plan a golf meet, it wouldn't be anytime soon because the weather is so hot, especially if we were playing in Corona. Any ideas for the date of this meet if it is planned?

Yeah, Creste is a nice course, I just don't recommend it for those who have uncontrollable slices since there are homes that line some of the fairways. I went on it before I had tamed my slice and I nailed like 8 houses. The best thing about that course is the Driving Range. It's freakin money. Theres also a hidden putting green in the course that they use for lessons.
