Back in the day my Dad & I went to this really nice modern Italian place on Sepulveda Blvd. south of LAX while we waited for a flight to arrive. Im not sure if its still there, I dont remember much about the place except for: Italian & Sepulveda. Oh yeah, they have a bunch of TVs in there, I remember watching a Laker game.

It depends on what you want to eat, where you want to go and most importantly how much you are willing to spend.

yeah, lawry's is good. I also like Gyu-Kaku for japanese/korean style bbq in LA and BH. For Italian, I've always been a fan of Maggiano's (Huge portions and moderately priced) over at The Grove. Good luck
