okay, so this morning, I drop my car off at the Honda dealership to get my other two Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires on ... and I took my friend's car to work from there.
I go take my lunch and I drive down there to pick my car up ... on the way down, he calls and here's how the conversation went...
Josh: "oh hey dude, I have some bad news ... you car fell off the alignment rack" (long, long pause) "haha just kidding."
Me: "....... you're a dick."
so he tells me it's finished ... cool. I hang up and he calls back about 5 min later ... and here's how the conversation went:
Josh: "hey dude ... I have some bad news and I'm not joking this time ..."
Me: "..."
Josh: "someone backed into your car."
Me:"!!!" (exclamation marks are accompanied by a slew of nice expletives.)
So to make an already long story short, I get there, car has some rear end damage ... right taillight is fvcked, there's a dent right near the trunk that looks like someone took a hammer to it ... and the bumper has some gnarly scrapes/scratches.
I call the cops, csi comes and files a report. I leave pissed.
upside ... I'll probably get my trunk painted for free.

im happy for u man. if that **** happened to me i'd make a lot of money off of this guy. get some good quotas on this and u will be straight. i had a forklift ran into my rear bumper and i got about $1000 to get it fixed. the damage wasnt that bad so i've made a pretty good deal on this. sometimes i think about it and thank God that it happened cuz i had other repairs that needed to be done on my vic and the guys's paycheck certainly helped me out lol

The dealer is 100% liable for the car while it is in the possesion, until you sign the pick up slip ending the work order for the car.
