yeah, the ecu will be for sale. 52k miles on everything. Everything is in good condition, the gears don't grind.

what parts do you need? ... I think $450 pickup is fair. Head, block, axles, tranny, intake mani/tb, radiator, exhaust mani, subframe. No wiring harness. Or if you want to separate:

complete head: $175
block: $125
Trans: $100
ECU: $50
misc: $75 (intake mani, exhaust mani, subframe, axles, ebay intake)
radiator: $50

the reason everything is more when I part out is because I want to get rid of all of it at once ... so there is a markdown.

yeah I live in south orange county ... Laguna Niguel/Aliso Viejo area ... between Irvine and San Clemente

I wanted to do a head swap with my A1. I will at least need the complete head and ECU. I still need to find out if the intake manifold on my A1 will bolt up or not. If not, then I will also need that.

why do you need the ecu , cant you just use a vafc2 and control the vtec that way? there have been topics on the head swap, but i would imagine its the same but look around and im srue you will find your answers
