Passing Smog

Does anyone know any pace near Alhambra, or in the 626, that will write off a smog test. I need to get smog done to my car, but I won't pass. Is there anyone here that has an inside hook up or know any places that will do this for me.

maybe he's in the process of painting his car inside and out thus resulting him to want to pull his engine. All the while the date of his smog test is conflicting with the date the engine is suppose to be back in?
