Multi Board So-Cal DYNO DAY! *8-11-05 UPDATE! IMORTANT!*
What’s going on guys?
We are planning a dyno day for anyone who wants to join in here in San Diego. To get this to happen we need at least 10 cars. Cost would be 50 dollars each person, and that includes 2 runs with wideband. Tuning will also be available for 95 dollars.
The soonest available time for us to Saturday, August 20. The shop is "The Dyno Shop" located @
10042 Prospect Ave, Santee, Ca. 92071
(www.thedynoshop.com)
I join in there a few months back in an H-T sponsored dyno day. Even though my friend and I showed up after the last car had left (read: VERY LATE) and they closed up the shop, they still reopened just to let us run our cars. There guys are REALLY cool. Hell, they even have a grill we can use during the event.
So far we will have my Si (looking to see what my new Skunk Stage 2 cams and higher CR get me)
A newly turdb0'ed Miata
my friend's monster 570+WHP Firebird
!
A 2001 ITR
A couple of other hybrid hondas
and a turbo KA S14 240SX
There is a 250 dollar deposit (total, not per person, duh) that’s 100% refundable, so I will also need help with that. And, once again its 50 bucks per person, and that includes 2 wideband runs.
Sorry, no 4 wheel drive cars, less you can make it 100% FWD or RWD =( !!!
Any and all cars/motorcycles welcome otherwise!
The event will be filmed, as well as there being drinks & food0r.
If you are interested, reply here, send me an email at electrofryed@gmail.com, or shoot me a PM!
I will be updating the "confirmed" list as we go.

Good to hear some of you will be joining us. You wont regret it. you should see some awesome cars, like a 600WHP 68 firebird and a 450WHP turbo jetta... and of course my most awesome ride (jk).
PM me if you are serious about attending or better yet shoot me an email at

dude, its a little bit of a mission for me, but im always down for a good time. Im SO there. 50 bucks is an awesome deal. I have an LX with just an AEM intake, but I want to get some base numbers so I can see what a difference certain parts make once I install them. Im doind a full EX exhaust conversion and I already bought the HP headers, and once I get my midpipe and cat-back, it'll be cool to see what numbers I make afterwards. Ill prolly be the laughing stock of the event, but I dont even care. lol. So you can count me in!! And also you can count my buddy in. He has an EX with injen intake, dc headers, megan test pipe, and HKS hi-power exhaust. Nothing crazy, but its gonna be fun to just see what numbers our little go-karts put out. haha. Anyways, 2 heads here.
p.s. If you need help with the 250 for the deposit, PM me, I can prolly help you out. From one 7thgen'r to another. lol. Im stoked!!
I hope Ill at least put 80 to the wheels. lol

neh, i pulled my B18C5 short block assembly in my bacck seat.
If you guys are for sure in, PM me with details. Also, if anyone wants to help with the deposit, its 100% refundable so we will just count it towards your 50 dollar pull fee (or whatever).

Okay guys!
Sorry for the lagging on updating this. I have been helping my fiancée move in from LA to SD and its been a real bitch with work and summer classes. PHEW!
Anyway we are still on for the 20th. The price is still 20 bucks for 2 wideband pulls, and there will still be free food and drinks for all as well as me filming the whole thing for everyone.
NOWS THE TIME FOR YOU TO STEP UP AND CONFIRM FOR SURE.
I do need some help with the $250 deposit. Its 100% refundable as long as 10 people show (no problem at ALL), and I will count it towards your 50 dollar fee for the runs. IF YOU CAN HELP WITH THIS PLEASE EMAIL ME AT
electrofryed@gmail.com
Those who help will have dibs on their slot for the dynos!
Anyway, if you are for sure going to make it PLEASE REPLY TO THIS THREAD. Also tell me how many friends you will be bringing. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
If you need to talk to me in person, please PM me for my cell phone number, or just email me at the above addy.
-joe
BTW, we are shooting for a 10AM start time!
