incpections/smog/huh?

incpections/smog/huh?
ok so i did some research.. from what i gather if i dont have a carb sticker thing whatever on my intake i wont pass a visuial.. so im gunna hangon to my stock intake.. (correct me if im wrong about this)
as long as my car dosent drag on the ground it dosent matter how much i drop it (again correct me if im wrong)
but whats the deal with headlights in cali... in mass you will fail for colored bulbs (the chrome bulbs are a nono here)
you will also fail for cleared headlight but if you get those lil stick on reflectors and just stick them on the side of yer car yer set.. anyone know what the deal is with this in cali or do they only care about smog

However, they will ask for proof that you buoght the product from authorized injen dealers.

Rep Power: 323 DMV will ask you when its time for a smog check...since your car is new then you wont have to do it till 5 yrs after the date of purches on your new vehical, since i bought my civic in 01 i wont need smog till 07...
as for the lowering - you cant lower the more then 22 inches from the center of the head light, so take a tape mesure and put one end on the floor and the other to the center of the head light and if its lower then 22 in your **** out of luck...mod suspention ticket for u...
clear lenz - are cool here as long as you have amber blinker bulbs..
Colored bulds - are e-legal, nothing but what the car came with is what they consider e-ligal
That goes for all mods, if a cop wants to be an *** remember he can give you a ticket for any thing...carb legal or not... dot or not....

you can have clear or amber bulbs. No colors. A cop can get you for anything, as he said above. Especially if the cop is a d!ck. Most are just fix it tickets, if you do get nailed. No big deal. As long as you aren't crazy driving, then you should be fine. Unless you are rollin thru a small town. I was up in Lake Elsinore, taking care of a house for a friend, and this stupid punk cop pulls me over cuz i passed him up on the freeway. Gave me **** for my exhaust, and my tint. Let me go, but he just annoyed the hell outa me. Stupid sheriff deputy, trying to act all hard.
