Yes, the exhaust will fit ALL COUPES and ALL SEDANS... It was originally on an LX coupe, but Magnaflow included the necessary piping to make it fit EX models as well.
The V2 is for the LX with manual... from what I've heard the mounting location is different for the EX.
... and I can relate to being broke... that's why I can't afford to sit on these parts forever.
