crest white strips

has anybody used this stuff yet?!??!?!

http://russelldental.com/Pictures/Cr...e%20Strips.jpg

this is a really good product for your teeth
i used up the whole package ( 2 weeks worth)
and my teeth are noticeably whiter

all you do is apply the stip on the top and bottom of your teeth. 30min - 1hr. take them off.
that simple!

Yeah, I did it for like 2 weeks, on and off and I started seeing a difference. A lot whiter. Its true that it is hard to keep up with the schedule (2 times a day for 30 min a day) You can do it back to back 30 min, but I usually want to eat or drink something every 30 min, so that why I don't do it. But I approve of the product.

Your dentist should sell Crest Whitestrips that are stronger than the ones you would buy at the store. I got mine from my dentist and you're supposed to use it for 3 weeks (as opposed to the 7 day or 2 week treatment you get with the store-bought white strips). I noticed a difference right away, in about 5 days to be more precise. It also comes with whitening toothpaste and a battery-powered toothbrush. It was well worth it.

Yeah, so I've heard.
The natural color or your teeth is supposed to be that "peril" color. Bleach frequently = bad

Hi, since im an expert on this subject....

Whitestrips are sort of a gimmick! the best way is to get professional custom trays made by your dentist and use prescription strength carbamide peroxide (bleach) which is also dispensed by your dentist.

That is how you will get best results. Of course some peoples teeth will whiten more than others. White strips are too messy, and difficult to prevent from getting on your gums which is bad for your tissue.

No, your teeth arent going to fall apart. Im just saying the results you will get will not be so great compared to professional whitening...
