I'm a first year at UCSD and this mug is HARD! Well for me at least b.c I don't manage my time wisely nor study correctly. I'm just used to High School where I could do something the night before and it'll be fine. I used to get all A's, but now I'm just trying to pass! Good luck man.

haha, i think most ppl feel that way when they get into (semi-good) colleges. and before you know it, you'll be graduating..

I noticed that the acceptance/rejection letters come out about a month earlier this year. Last year, it came out in mid-aprilish.

I got accepted to UCR...still waiting on the rest. Don't wait for the letters just go to their website and login to see if u have been accepted or not. A few of my friends have also been accepted to UCI and UCSC...some of the other colleges don't release their adminission stuff until later this month. But definitly look at UCI, UCR, and UCSC. I've kinda been freaking a little cuz my friends got UCI and UCSC and I haven't heard a single word from them...but they are tellin me not to worry..

Boogie, are u a transfer student? Because i thought transfer students get there results first (first priority) but then, all these people that applied as a freshmen got there result before me.. i didnt even hear a single word from ucr, uci, ucd, and ucsb... only heard from cal poly sadly... =X

Wow man...Cal states sent there crap out a long time ago...and UCR is always the first to send out their admissions of all the uc schools. u better go make some phone calls and make sure the colleges even got ur app.

i called and they told me that they haven't recieved any of my official transcripts yet. I filled out my apps online so theres no way that they didn't get those... i guess it's just the transcripts that are slowing everything down.... hopefully i'll get something in the mail soon or some sort of confirmation that they recieved them or else i'll be pretty pissed off...

I'm at Revelle, but trying to switch out b/c the G.E.'s are crazy! I want to go to Muir. Change my major too (General Bio is too much work). Time to ***** out and do psychology or something, lol.

my sister didn't get into ucla,ucdavis and other rest i don't know. Most of those good school is hard to get in like %10 can get in. She got accept into uc santa cruz. She into Medical field ,but i don't think ucsc has any medical classes. Anyone know about ucsc?

Talk about asain family.. my parents is bitching about my sister can't get into the top school like davis and la.

I agree, school is just school. You learn your stuff and graduate. True that some places enable you to get a better chance to get in contact of many people in the field you are entering in, but any of the UCs are good schools. It just depends on how hard you work and push yourself out there.

I don't know is this true. State is same as uc, you learn the same thing as uc college dose , but state is less than half the price of uc. Uc cost more because of there name UC. Uc dose sound nice in your ears and on your resumes. That what i heard from people.
