Rep Power: 346 Cormega is a rapper from Queensbridge...he was replaced on the Firm album by Nature because he was beefin with Nas.
I first heard songs from this album on a bonus disk that came with DMX's first album "It is dark, and Hell is Hot"...the songs were so hot it gave me chills...he dissed Nas on a song and Def Jam dropped him. The songs never got officially released, and now they will be. He is now independent, and his first indy album got Independent Album of the Year (back when the Source was still legit).

It was released on Tuesday...I picked it up last night, and it is tight (even though i have heard most of the songs before)...the album was mixed very well though...sound goes up and down, and not just from song to song but within songs too.

i can't believe no one ever heard of him...he runs his own independent label, and his first album sold 300,000+, and was the Sources Indy album of the year!
...If you ask people in NY, they prolly know who he is.
...it is prolly the equivelent of asking a person in New York who Suga Free or King Tee is.

Rep Power: 346 BTW, here is the link for his album on Amazon... check out the clips and see if you like it...My favorite song is the first version of Testament. Also if you look, his album has received nothing but 5 stars
