"Coarse" means "harsh" or "not delicate."

I knew it!!! That guy works at Bank of America. I see him all the time here in Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland areas. I remember seeing that on Foothill like 2 weeks ago and laughing my *** off. Then I saw him again and again at Bank of America.
