I dunno how long its been used but it works perfectly fine. Some small scratches on the face plate but u cant really notice when its turned on. I never noticed it until now. Comes with wireharness, face plate, the HU itself, and the case for the face plate. 60 bucks and its yours. Here some crappy pics from my camera phone:
