Anybody know when the PCH 101 is re-opening?

I need to get to santa barbara tommorow afternoon, and last time I checked (this afternoon) it was still closed due to the mudslide in la conchita. Does anybody know when its opening or any other alternate routes that take less than 4hours? My normal drive is 15s, 210w, 134w, 101n.

hopefully saturday is what i heard on the news otherwise youll just have to take a long way up like overshoot it with thr 5 then go west and take the 101 down or something
