my clutch gave out on my car. so im carless. i let my friend go to the market and i get a phone call. ey mike your cars not going into gear. at first i thought it wasnt going in cuz my car sometimes does that. but when i get there. my clutch is like complelety on the ground. i was like dude, were you driving the car hard? he was like umm i dunno. what i figure is he burned the clutch the whole time to the market. i trusted him since his cars a manual and i thought nothing of it. well he said he'll buy me a new clutch. but i said thats fine since i had a exedy clutch in my garage. so hes just going to pay for my labor cost.

wow, now i'm really worried... i've been posting about my manual having problem engaging first gear and it's been more and more frequent.

I always thought I drove my car ok, but I'm wondering if I'm not driving stick properly

I have a friend who can't drive his POS either. He drives with his foot on the clutch half engaged. HE then wondered why it went out only 20k after he got the dame thing.

yup, that was my dumba$$ . i think that contributed a lot and my friend burning the clutch the whole time killed it. oh well.
