Update: fixed suspention problem Pics Pg.2
First off, i have groung control coilovers in my civic with stock shocks and today I smacked a pot hole hard in downtown L.A. My rear right coilover is so low in comparison with the rest. Did i blow my shock or are my GC's fuc*ed up. I checked the height on the coilover and its stocked height.
What do you recommend me do ?

Either the shock is blown or you might have bent your rear control arm. You would have had to hit the pothole really fjckin hard to bend the arm, so Im leaning towards the shock.

I don't know about the shocks being blown. You can drive on blown shocks for a while. I never seen a car drop so much as a result of that. How long were you driving it lowered on the gcs with stockies?

pull off that wheel and take a pic. It has to be either the shock perch broke and slid down, the coilover sleeve split and slid down or you bent the control arm. A blown shock will not lower you car it will just bounce like a ****.

I don't think it's the shocks. Have you been on the freeway at all today? If your shocks are blown, you will feel like your car is floating while you're driving at a high speed on the freeway.

if you ever want to know if a shock is broken press down on the car near the suspected shock. if it hangs up that means the shock is gone.
just my .02 cents
